Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Key Duties:
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for territories in support of national objectives
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget
- Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, training, and enforcing discipline of employees in assigned region and procedures.
- Minimum of Second Class, Upper Division in management sciences or any relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
- A degree in Crop Protection or Agronomy with a thesis in Weed science or Agricultural Biology and/or a masters degree in management or any relevant and related discipline is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years experience; years of experience in the FMCG (fast moving consumers goods) sector is an added advantage.
- Ability to meet Sales Goals, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management;
- Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Sales Planning and Managing Profitability.
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
