Job Description
- To Manage, Assist, Maintain, Monitor, the Managers itinerary and appointment, typing letters/filing/receiving mails and calls, coordinate correspondences/domestic orderliness, incoming and outgoing activities etc respectively.
- Minimum of B.SC degree in any field.
- No experience but needs to be organized and orderly (Experienced could be an added advantage).
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Exhibits high moral standard and integrity.
- Open to change and is flexible enough to accept various instructions.
- Very presentable and well spoken.
- Very resourceful.
- Willing to work long hours and weekends (when required).
- Fast in adapting and easily trainable
- Smart and can calculate simple maths, good typing skills.
- Can work under pressure and with targets.
- Respectful and cultured, has leadership qualities.
- Not a socialite and a bit introverted.
