- Implement Departmental Plans / Strategies
- Support the Manufacturing Way
- Implement Manufacturing Work Practices / Principles
- Provide Leadership for ongoing Manufacturing Development Strategies
- Promote Knowledge Management Processes
- Apply Value Chain and Improvement Tools
- Evaluate Customer Requirements
- Conduct Appropriate Benchmarking
- Facilitate and Co-Ordinate the Country Project Selection Process
- Provide Industrial Engineering Support
- Facilitate the SOP Learning Process
- Minimum of B.Sc Eng (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Production)
- 5 years relevant previous experience at a supervisory or management level in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment
- Thorough knowledge of brewery processes
