Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To initiate and propagate the company's brand, through the development and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategic marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives.
• Develop & execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability & market share.
• Research and provide feedback reports on competitor activity, peculiar market situations and any issues affecting the marketing activities of the organization.
• Review analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer groups.
• Coach and develop the marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
