We are recruiting to fill the below job position;
Job Title: Grant Management Specialist
Main Duties -
• The right candidate will be pivotal in implementing transparent granting processes
• Ensuring compliance with stated rules and regulations as specified by donor organisations providing grants.
• S/he will play a leading role in tracking all grants disbursement and overseeing the integrity of the granting systems
• Design internal control mechanism and develop grants manual and training of local capacity available.
Qualification and Experience
• The Grant Management Specialist will have a Financial Management or Accounting background with a minimum of 5-years working experience in a Grant Management function is required for this position.
• Strong grasp of financial management and granting concepts and familiarity with the rules and regulations of donor funding organisation to grant mechanism is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in particular relation to granting concepts to non-financial management is required for this position
